Karetta Property is involved in all aspects of property development and sales in Zante. In addition to the UK sales office the business comprises a Technical Office, Real Estate Agency and Construction Company on the island.

There are many good reasons to buy property in Zante (Zakynthos) not least substantial capital growth - property demand up 10-15% per annum, land prices up 20% per annum, property prices up over 10% per annum.

These increases are being seen all over the island with Lithakia, Keri and Vassilikos proving particularly popular with foreign buyers and Akrotiri and Panagoula with Greek buyers.

Still excellent value for money property prices are expected to rise much further over the next few years.

In the last six months many investors, both private and corporate, of all nationalities have come to the island. Many locals have built villas for sale. Businesses have improved and expanded the services they offer while the banks have opened new offices.

Generally things are moving fast with a lot of money moving around the island. Now is the time to enter this property market to reap the greatest rewards.

Domain Names.
Did some research using overture, google and various other names to determine a good domain name. Clearly some names had already been taken, but decided upon :

• propertyzakynthos.co.uk
• propertyzante.com
• propertyzakythos.com
• karettaproperty.co.uk (later)

It was important to capture the keywords "property" as well as both zante and zakynthos (as the island has 2 names")

This Blog will follow the steps I take in developing and promoting a website called www.PropertyZante.co.uk. The website is to promote investment properties on the Greek Island of Zakynthos (Zante)
